One of the things that have come to the forefront in our minds throughout the recent pandemic is the importance of maintaining a healthy immune system. Our environment is constantly attacking us through the alterations of our foods, the introduction of 5G, and now man-made viruses that threaten to harm us. Growing up, most of us felt we were in a safe place. But, now, the world is anything but safe. Our lifestyles are working against us and our health. The Elites want nothing more than a population of passive, weak bodies and minds that they can control. Here are a few things that can assist us in living wisely in this dangerous world. Implementing these 5 ways to boost your family’s immune system will be very beneficial.
5 Ways to Boost Your Family’s Immune System:
1. Turn off the Media
According to the CDC kids ages 8-18 now spend, on average, a whopping 7.5 hours in front of a screen for entertainment each day, 4.5 of which are spent watching TV. Over a year, that adds up to 114 full days watching a screen for fun. That’s just the time they spend in front of a screen for entertainment. It doesn’t include the time they spend on the computer at school for educational purposes or at home for homework. According to comparitech.com, the average American spends 7 hours and 4 minutes looking at a screen every day. Not only are we lying around not getting exercise, but we are severely lacking in Vitamin D. Our brains become so used to being entertained, and with the constant stimulation, ADHD cases are rising. Limiting media time in the home, not just for the children but adults as well, can bring immense benefits. Spending time outdoors, getting fresh air, letting children explore, having family dinners, going back to the basics of spending time together in the evenings after school and work…these will bring tremendous help to your home and your immune systems.
2. Turn off the Lights
According to WebMD, these are the average hours needed of sleep per age:
Infants (ages 0-3 months) need 14-17 hours a day.
Infants (ages 4-11 months) need 12-15 hours a day
Toddlers (ages 1-2 years) need about 11-14 hours a day.
Preschool children (ages 3-5) need 10-13 hours a day.
School-age children (ages 6-13) need 9-11 hours a day.
Teenagers (ages 14-17) need about 8-10 hours each day.
Most adults need 7 to 9 hours, although some people may need as few as 6 hours or as many as 10 hours of sleep each day.
Older adults (ages 65 and older) need 7-8 hours of sleep each day.
Women in the first 3 months of pregnancy often need several more hours of sleep than usual.
Most of us do not get an adequate amount of sleep. Even our children are sleep-deprived between school, sports, homework, and staying up on social media. Melatonin begins production in the evening and assists with restorative sleep. Melatonin is part of a healthy immune system and even helps prevent cancer. But, when we fill our homes with lights and flashing screens in the evening, we are inhibiting the production of this vital hormone. Turning off screens, dimming the lights, reading real books vs. kindles, or using blue light glasses and filters can all assist in raising your melatonin levels. Making more of a focus on healthful sleep is one of the ways you can boost your family’s immune system.
3. Turn off the Wifi
As a society, we love our convenience. And what is more convenient than wifi and Bluetooth. According to Sciencedirect.com Wi-Fi is an important threat to human health. “Repeated Wi-Fi studies show that Wi-Fi causes oxidative stress, sperm/testicular damage, neuropsychiatric effects including EEG changes, apoptosis, cellular DNA damage, endocrine changes, and calcium overload.” According to PubMed, “EMFs disturb immune function through stimulation of various allergic and inflammatory responses, as well as effects on tissue repair processes. Such disturbances increase the risks for various diseases, including cancer.” To reduce the EMF in your home try doing a few of these things…
- Hardwire your computers. Instead of relying on wifi, plug your computers directly into the internet.
- Turn off your Bluetooth until you need it during the day. Don’t keep it on when you are not using it.
- Avoid Bluetooth earbuds or headphonesAvoid the use of 5G (many phones allow you to “downgrade” to 3 or 4G.)
- Unplug your wifi at night. Need to use wifi during the day? Unplug it at night to allow your body to be free from the EMF as you are sleeping through the evening hours.
4. Eat as Natural as Possible
With food prices skyrocketing even basic whole foods are beginning to be cost-prohibitive. Organic foods are preferred to avoid chemicals, pesticides, and gmo. But, if your family cannot afford that, eating nutritionally is still possible.
- Avoid processed foods (shop the outer aisles of the store)
- Try to eat one or two ingredients foods
- Ditch the sugar (Use honey or maple syrup)
- Use whole grains (Sprouted grains are best)
- Beware of simple carbs which work the same way as sugar in the body
- Avoid fad diets
- Increase vegetables
- Add in fermented foods and bone broth
We highly recommend the book Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. Not only does it have wonderful recipes but has fascinating instructions and information for healthy living.
5. Support with Supplements
Ideally, we would be able to get all our nutrition from our foods, but this is impossible in this day and age. Supercharging your immune system with a high-quality supplement is very important ESPECIALLY during sick seasons and times when exposure to illnesses is high.
Our favorite supplement is IM-SHIELD from CV-Protocols.
Here is a list of all the ingredients in IM-SHIELD. We think you will agree this supplement is perfect to boost your family’s immune system.
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin D3
- Vitamin K2
You can see why it’s our favorite! All of these are the ingredients that have been proven to prevent and help with the recovery of Covid-19 and other cases of flu. And all in one bottle. IM-SHIELD cannot advertise that it is safe for children, but reducing down the dosages makes IM-SHILD safe for the whole family.
Whether you use our favorite supplement or another, make sure to boost your family’s immune system with high-quality supplements.
In closing: Why is it important to boost your family’s immune system?
Of course, the answer is so that your family doesn’t get sick and so your family can be as healthy as possible. But, here at Prepared Patriot Nutrition, our goal goes deeper. The Elite agenda is to have a population of dumbed-down, brainwashed, lethargic, sick, medically sedated citizens. If we are sickly, weak, full of brain fog, and overwhelmed at all points, we are more vulnerable as a nation. Our wicked leaders want us in places where we cannot think and are ready to be spoon-fed any agenda they want. The Elites fear a thinking, clear-brained people. By making lifestyle choices that reap healthy bodies AND healthy minds, we can fight against the evil powers that be. With vigor and strength, we can seek to live biblically and follow our King Jesus. We can teach our children to reason according to God’s word and raise a generation that will stand for what is right. THIS is why we need to boost our family’s immune system- For the Glory of God!
